I am Graham Seldon
and I have more than three decades of experience recruiting
senior leaders for professional services firms in Australia, Asia and NZ giving me a
strong understanding of what differentiates high performers in competitive markets.
Through coaching individuals during periods of career transformation and change, I
help them identify their strengths, sharpen their positioning and move forward with
greater clarity, confidence and purpose.
Having founded two recruitment businesses (Seldon Gill and Seldon Rosser) as well
as a PR agency (House Communications) I am also experienced in creating and
running business that dominate in niche markets. I can add real life experience to
my coaching practice when working with entrepreneurs.

Over 4 tailored sessions, the Career Transition Programme is designed for professionals currently between roles who want expert guidance to confidently navigate their next career move. Together, we focus on resume development, LinkedIn strategy, personal positioning, networking and interview preparation; providing practical support and strategic direction to help you present yourself more effectively, build momentum throughout the transition process and secure the right opportunity faster, with greater confidence and long-term career clarity ahead.
This six-session Performance Coaching programme is designed for ambitious professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs who want to elevate performance, strengthen leadership impact and navigate career or business challenges with greater confidence and clarity. Together, we focus on practical strategy, leadership development and tailored coaching support to help you manage workplace dynamics, step into larger leadership roles or build a consulting practice with stronger direction, confidence and long-term professional success in competitive industries.

How quickly can I expect to see measurable results?
While timelines vary by individual, you will take something away from each session that will offer clarity, focus and help you move forward. I will challenge you to set milestones, and give you confidence to take actions that will help you achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
Do you specialise in certain industries?
My main focus is Professional Services, but I also have clients in the Education and the Arts sectors. I am effective at working with people in complex, matrix-based, high-performing environments and in creative fields.
Are the coaching sessions online or in person?
I am based in Melbourne and happy to meet clients in person from my central CBD location. Otherwise, the sessions are online.
I plan 90 minutes for each session and the cost for 1 session is $950.00+GST. If you book more than one session this drops to $800.00+GST
